Special Rule for Code 202

On the first request, code 202 is considered final.

If a pay request is already in a temporary status (e.g., 1, 153, 220, or 255) and the request body was incorrectly modified on retry - the processing center may return 202, but the original operation will continue processing and will later receive a final status.
